While it is unfortunate that some consumers have experienced problems with the Nintendo Wii, it is to be expected with any product of this magnitude. While it won’t be fun when you have such problems, knowing you can get great customer service does make a big difference.

A common complaint was that it was very weak. Therefore Nintendo developed a stronger one that is offered with the consoles on the market now.
